To share with me your concerns about the stresses and strains of work, your life in general and family life. You may not actually have a problem that requires different counselling approaches but you just need someone to talk to. By talking to me rather than someone close to you it is easier to offload your concerns and to lighten your burdens. More importantly it can prevent it developing into something more lasting. 4. STRESS RELEASE - HYPNOTHERAPY Here is what this session will do for you: Hypnotherapy will help you quieten your mind and learn how to harness stress and disipate your stress hormones. You will understand your mind better and feel more able to cope in stressful situations. You will not be put into a deep sleep, neither should you feel afraid that the session might inhibit your control - it won't. You will be fully conscious as I help you to access your own innate power of your own mind. With my help, and no matter how stressful your issues make you feel, I can help you realise inner peace and tranquility. ALCHEMY COURSE - INDIVIDUALS AND COMPANIES - YOGA OF THE MIND/WELLBEING Here is what this course will do for you: This is a five hour workshop broken down into intensive sessions to suit your own timeframe. It is aimed at helping you think differently so allowing you the breakthrough for change. During this session you will learn:
1) Yogic Breath Work, Yoga Fire Breath Work and Yoga Breath Prana Balance. You will learn how to breath properly and use breath work to release stress and negative emotions stuck in your body. Every now and again we find ourselves reacting negatively to people and situations. You will learn how to take the right actions which will prevent the old patterns re-emerging - you will be surprised how easy you can avoid being wound up; Yoga breath work is an ancient tool for eliminating negative emotions, lethargy, stress, anxiety, depression and more. It helps calm the mind, which in turn becomes more centred, thereby allowing us to control our emotions and thoughts.
2) Understanding How Your Mind Works You will understand the three aspects of the mind on a scientific level : * the conscious mind - the awarness part of your mind; * the subconscious - the memory and feeling part of your mind; * and the superconscious mind - where ideas, inspiration, intuition and positive thoughts are held and acessed.
3) How To Re-program Your Mind Your mind controls you. It controls how you think and how you feel because you have learnt to live in 'reaction' - a condition that has been taught to you by your peers. Since the day you were born, your mind has been programed through other peoples' beliefs and desires for good and bad. Here you will learn how to re-program your mind for self empowerment. You will no longer be controlled by your negative mind thoughts, with its stories and other peoples' unhealthy and limiting beliefs and programming of your mind. 5) How To Realise Silence Of Mind Inner Peace You will learn how to be centred and calm - rather like being in the eye of a storm - while all around you there is chaos. Instead of making decisions through negative reaction which brings about an undesired outcome, you will make the right decision from the reference point of a calm and controlled mind. 6) Ancient Meditation Thia ancient practice has only been annointed on only a handful of people in Britain who have been individually selected and annointed by the Yogi Sidhars of the Himalays. I have learnt the healing practices at first hand from the Great Master of the Himalays himself, Sri-Mahavatarin-Babaji. I will teach you the wisdom of ancient meditation techniques from the Masters of the Himalayan mountains. Meditation has been scientifically proven to lower blood pressure, slow down the ageing process, alter the brain waves and dissipate excess stress hormones. Meditation brings about a calm mind where you can access ideas and inspiration from the superconscious mind.
This course is five hours with a half hour break with light refreshment. 5 hours £1,000 if you wish for an over night stay in a hotel in Worthing, this can be arranged at no extra cost to you.
